Returns and Refunds
Our goal is your satisfaction.
If more than 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange. Products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable.
1. You must trial our BrushX for a minimum of 5 times.
2. You must clearly explain to us what is not working or not meeting your expectations.
3. You must take a photo or video that clearly demonstrates that the BrushX does not work or does not meet your expectations.
4. All 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
5. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
6. If approved, we will refund you the order purchase price (at the time of order), once the order has been returned to our warehouse.
- Take a clear photo/video of the defect.
- Email email@example.com with a sentence about the defect and attach your video
- Once approved, send back your product, and all contents it came with, as directed
- A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one
To process a warranty application, you have 12 months from the date ordered.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order, and all you have to do is arrange for the product(s) to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.

All you need is your order number and the email used when the order was placed, and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund.
Cancelling orders & modifying orders:
Once you place your order, you have 6 hours to cancel. We do not allow cancellations of or modifications to your order once it has been finalized (6 hours after the order).
Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been finalized, we will not be able to modify it.
Promotions and discount codes
The promo code must be entered in the discount box at order checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
For the activation of promotional codes and discounts, forgotten at the checkout, once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to make the request.
