Is this just for curls or can you straighten as well?

What is the wattage?

It is 1100 watts, 110V. I have shoulder length hair and it dried pretty quickly. Love this dryer!


How big is the barrel of this brush?

It is around 2 to 3 inches. It is oval shaped, not round.


When will I get my product?

We take 1-7 days to process your order and then 2-3 weeks to deliver it to you.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive? 

This is due to the high amount of orders we process and ship. We are doing our best to provide you with the fastest shipping service available so that you can get your products in the soonest time possible.

 

How do I track my orders? 

To make your experience as pleasant as possible, we have put a tracking software linked to your order here. You can track easily your order. All you need is your email address and order number.

Also, once orders have been shipped and processed, our shipping service comes with a tracking number that we will be sending you. In the case that it was not sent, please do email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  

I have naturally thick, curly hair. I want to use it on my wet hair to straighten it out. Will it work for that?

BrushX provides the best results on towel-dried hair. For quicker styling, it is recommended to use on damp hair.

 

From where do you ship your product?

Our offices are located in France. Our international warehouse is located in China.

 

There are some items missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will certainly arrive shortly.

  

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address:  mybrushx@gmail.com. We will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

 

I still have not received my order. What takes so much time?
