We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery, this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed after 2 hours.
Once you place your order, you have 2 hours to cancel. We do not allow cancellations of or modifications to your order once it has been finalized (2 hours after the order).
Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been finalized, we will not be able to modify it.
Your product is defective and you need a replacement?
Simply follow these instructions:
Take a clear photo/video of the defect.
Email support@mybrushx.com. with a sentence about the defect and attach your video.
Once approved, send back your product, and all contents it came with, as directed.
A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.
From where do you ship your product ?
Our offices are located France and we have warehouses all over the world: in the United States, the European Union and China. Your product will be shipped to you from the nearest warehouse, while stocks last.
